You may want to enhance group insurance benefits for certain employees. The Cost-Plus program automatically bridges the amounts that are not covered by the existing plan (so that they can be reimbursed at 100%) and it covers the benefits that are not included in the plan up to an annual cap established by the employer.

Eligible covered expenses can be defined as any medical expense which qualifies for a tax credit by the Canada Revenue Agency.
